A2i and TESOl Bangladesh

The three-day continuous training from 29/05/2020 to 31/05/2020 in the joint production of A2i and TESOl Bangladesh ended today. The training was completely online based. Out of 2500 applicants, 500 teachers got the opportunity in the 1st batch. As one of them, I was a participant in that training. As a participant in the training, I shared some of my thoughts on what to do when teachers return to their respective institutions. I think that If there are 500 teachers here, so those 500 teachers are the representative of his/ her own school or institutions. Naturally, each of our teachers can make it through in house training of other teachers in their own educational institutions. Then every teacher will be able to convey those 44 phonetic words to the student in his/ her classroom. And then Mohamod Yasir sir's dream will reach the grassroots level in Bangladesh. I think that was not possible through 16th months of English in Action Training. Because compared to Yasir Sir's Training there was a lot of gap in English in Action Trainers. In order to succeed in our goal, we need to realize it with dreams.So guys the teacher will know himself first then apply it on the student. There is no substitute for knowing.
