Today is the 2nd day of online training on “EXCLUSIVE TRAINING ON PRONUNCIATION & PRESENTATION SKILLS FOR ICT4E DISTRICT AMBASSADOR TEACHERS (BATCH-3)”. Many thanks to Mr. Mohammad Yeasir Sir for  provide  us a fruitful training.  Today is the 2nd day of 3 days training.  About 4 hours every day. Didn't boring. About 400 teachers participated in this training. What I learned today is TOT  means Train of Thought is very important for a speaker, 3 groups of learners: such as 1. Super Performer Group  II. Average Standard Group  3. Struggling group. I learned how to make a teaching assistant. I learned how important body language is in education. How to control a large class. Different techniques in class. There is an important discussion on phonetics. Above all, Yeasir Sir's training management was very interesting. I liked the speech of  Dr. Md. Didar  Chowdhury  Sir and Abdullah Al Mahmud  Sir of TTC Sylhet. Many thanks to a2i and TESOL.
