ITIIU Job Circular 2026: Income Tax Intelligence and Investigation Unit Hiring 35 People

If you have been waiting for a stable government job in Bangladesh, this one is worth a look. The Income Tax Intelligence and Investigation Unit (ITIIU), which works under the National Board of Revenue, has published its ITIIU Job Circular 2026 (আয়কর গোয়েন্দা ও তদন্ত ইউনিটে চাকরির বিজ্ঞপ্তি). The notice came out on 1 November 2026. It covers 3 categories of posts and a total of 35 permanent vacancies. Both men and women can apply.

সরকারি চাকরির স্বপ্ন দেখছেন? তাহলে এই খবরটা আপনার জন্য। জাতীয় রাজস্ব বোর্ডের অধীন আয়কর গোয়েন্দা ও তদন্ত ইউনিট (ITIIU) তাদের নতুন নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করেছে। ITIIU Job Circular 2026 প্রকাশিত হয়েছে ০১ নভেম্বর ২০২৬ তারিখে। এবার ৩টি ক্যাটাগরিতে মোট ৩৫ জন প্রার্থীকে স্থায়ীভাবে নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে। নারী-পুরুষ দুজনেই আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তারিখ ও সময় (Important Date and Time)

আগে এই তারিখগুলো খাতায় বা মোবাইলে টুকে রাখুন। সময় পার হয়ে গেলে আর কিছু করার থাকে না।

পরামর্শ: শেষ দিনের জন্য বসে থাকবেন না। একসাথে অনেকে ঢুকলে সার্ভার ধীর হয়ে যায়। তাই ৩–৪ দিন আগেই আবেদন শেষ করে ফেলুন।

পদের নাম ও দায়িত্ব (Job Position and Responsibility)

৩৫টি শূন্যপদ তিনটি ক্যাটাগরিতে ভাগ করা। প্রতিটির বেতন স্কেল ও যোগ্যতা আলাদা। পদের নাম, কোন পদে কতজন এবং বিস্তারিত যোগ্যতা অফিসিয়াল বিজ্ঞপ্তির ছবিতে দেওয়া আছে। আবেদনের আগে সেটা একবার ভালো করে দেখে নিন।

কাজের দিক থেকে বললে, ২০২৩ সালের ১৯ নভেম্বর অর্থ মন্ত্রণালয়ের অভ্যন্তরীণ সম্পদ বিভাগের অধীনে এনবিআরের একটি বিশেষায়িত ইউনিট হিসেবে আইটিআইআইইউ গঠিত হয়। আধুনিক ও ডিজিটাল পদ্ধতিতে বড় অঙ্কের কর ফাঁকি ধরা এবং রাজস্ব প্রশাসনে স্বচ্ছতা আনাই এর কাজ। যে পদেই যোগ দিন, আপনি এই কাজেরই অংশ হবেন।

আবেদনের যোগ্যতা (Eligibility)

• আবেদনকারীকে অবশ্যই বাংলাদেশের নাগরিক হতে হবে।
• ০১ নভেম্বর ২০২৬ তারিখে বয়স হতে হবে ১৮ থেকে ৩২ বছর (পদ অনুযায়ী)।
• শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা পদভেদে অষ্টম শ্রেণি, এসএসসি, এইচএসসি বা স্নাতক।
• কারিগরি বা বিশেষায়িত পদে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে ডিগ্রি লাগতে পারে।
• মুক্তিযোদ্ধা, প্রতিবন্ধী, ক্ষুদ্র নৃ-গোষ্ঠী ইত্যাদি কোটার প্রার্থীরা সরকারি নিয়ম অনুযায়ী বাড়তি বয়সের সুবিধা পেতে পারেন।
• জন্মতারিখের প্রমাণ হিসেবে জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র বা এসএসসি সনদ ধরা হবে।

ভুল বা মিথ্যা তথ্য দিলে, কিংবা একই পদে একাধিকবার আবেদন করলে যেকোনো ধাপে প্রার্থিতা বাতিল হতে পারে।

আবেদন ফি (Fee Details)

ফি দিতে হবে টেলিটক প্রিপেইড সিম থেকে এসএমএসের মাধ্যমে। ফি না দিলে আবেদন পূর্ণ হয় না।

অনলাইনে আবেদনের নিয়ম (Application Process)

১. ব্রাউজারে itiiu.teletalk.com.bd খুলুন।
২. Application Form এ ক্লিক করুন।
৩. যে পদে আবেদন করবেন সেটি বেছে নিন।
৪. All Jobs Teletalk এর প্রিমিয়াম মেম্বার হলে “Yes”, না হলে “No” দিন।
৫. ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য, শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা, এনআইডি নম্বর, মোবাইল নম্বর ও ইমেইল দিন।
৬. ছবি ও স্বাক্ষর আপলোড করুন।

৭. নামের বানান, জন্মতারিখ, বোর্ড ও পাসের সন, সবকিছু আরেকবার মিলিয়ে নিয়ে Submit করুন।
৮. Applicant’s Copy ডাউনলোড করে প্রিন্ট রাখুন। এতে আপনার User ID থাকবে।

ফি জমার নিয়ম (Fee Payment Process)

ফরম সাবমিটের ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে টেলিটক প্রিপেইড নম্বর থেকে দুটি এসএমএস পাঠাতে হবে।

প্রথম এসএমএস: ITIIU <স্পেস> User ID লিখে পাঠান 16222 নম্বরে।
উদাহরণ: ITIIU DEFABC

উত্তরে আপনার নাম, ফির পরিমাণ ও একটি ৮ সংখ্যার PIN পাবেন।

দ্বিতীয় এসএমএস: ITIIU <স্পেস> YES <স্পেস> PIN লিখে পাঠান 16222 নম্বরে।
উদাহরণ: ITIIU YES 12345678

সফল হলে নিশ্চিতকরণ মেসেজে User ID ও Password পাবেন। এগুলো যত্ন করে রাখুন, কারণ প্রবেশপত্র ও ফলাফলের সময় লাগবে।

তথ্য ভুলে গেলে:

• User ID জানা থাকলে: ITIIU HELP USER <User ID> লিখে 16222 এ পাঠান
• PIN জানা থাকলে: ITIIU HELP PIN <PIN Number> লিখে 16222 এ পাঠান

প্রবেশপত্র ডাউনলোড (Admit Card Download Process)

১. পরীক্ষার তারিখ জানিয়ে এসএমএস বা নোটিশ আসার অপেক্ষা করুন।
২. itiiu.teletalk.com.bd সাইটে যান।
৩. ফি জমার পর পাওয়া User ID ও Password দিয়ে লগইন করুন।
৪. প্রবেশপত্র ডাউনলোড করে A4 কাগজে প্রিন্ট নিন।
৫. তারিখ, সময়, কেন্দ্র ও সিট প্ল্যান ভালো করে দেখে নিন।

প্রবেশপত্র ছাড়া পরীক্ষার হলে ঢোকা যাবে না। ডাউনলোডের দায়িত্ব প্রার্থীর নিজের।

নিয়োগ পরীক্ষার ধাপ

সাধারণত লিখিত পরীক্ষা, মৌখিক পরীক্ষা এবং কিছু পদের জন্য কম্পিউটার দক্ষতা পরীক্ষা হয়। মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় ডাক পেলে নিচের কাগজগুলো মূল ও সত্যায়িত কপিসহ নিয়ে যেতে হবে:

• মৌখিক পরীক্ষার প্রবেশপত্র
• সব শিক্ষাগত সনদ
• কম্পিউটার দক্ষতার সনদ (পদে প্রয়োজন হলে)
• নাগরিকত্ব, স্থায়ী ঠিকানা ও নিজ জেলার সনদ
• চারিত্রিক সনদ
• কোটা সনদ (প্রযোজ্য হলে)
• অনলাইন আবেদনপত্রের প্রিন্ট কপি

অফিসিয়াল যোগাযোগ

সাপোর্টে ইমেইল করলে সাবজেক্টে প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাম (ITIIU), পদের নাম, User ID ও যোগাযোগের নম্বর লিখে দিন।

শেষ কথা

চাকরির জন্য কাউকে টাকা দেবেন না। কোনো সরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠান ফোনে বা ইনবক্সে টাকা চায় না। কেউ চাইলে তাকে প্রতারক ধরে নিন।

Write these down first. Missing the deadline is the most common reason people lose a chance.

Tip: Don’t wait for the last day. Servers get slow when thousands of applicants log in together, so try to finish 3–4 days early.

Job Positions and Responsibilities (পদ ও দায়িত্ব)

The 35 vacancies are divided across three categories, and each has its own scale and requirements. The exact post names, vacancy count per post and detailed qualifications are printed in the official circular image. Please read that image once before you apply.

As for the work, ITIIU was set up on 19 November 2023 under the Internal Resources Division of the Ministry of Finance, as a specialised unit of the NBR. Its job is to detect large-scale tax evasion through modern, digital investigation methods and to support transparency in revenue administration. Whichever post you join, you become part of that mission.

Eligibility for Apply (আবেদনের যোগ্যতা)

• You must be a citizen of Bangladesh.
• Your age should be 18 to 32 years on 1 November 2026, depending on the post.
• Educational qualification ranges from Class 8, SSC, HSC to a Bachelor’s degree, depending on the post you choose.
• Technical or specialised posts may need a relevant degree.
• Quota candidates (freedom fighters’ children, persons with disabilities, ethnic minorities and others) may get extra age relaxation as per government rules.
• Your date of birth on your NID or SSC certificate will be treated as proof of age.

Giving false information or applying more than once for the same post can cancel your candidature at any stage.

Application Fee Details (আবেদন ফি)

The fee must be paid by SMS from a Teletalk prepaid SIM. Without it, your application is not complete.

How to Apply Online (আবেদন প্রক্রিয়া)

1. Open itiiu.teletalk.com.bd in your browser.
2. Click on Application Form.
3. Select the post you want.
4. Choose “Yes” if you are a premium member of All Jobs Teletalk, otherwise “No”.
5. Fill in your personal details, educational information, NID number, mobile number and email.
6. Upload your photo and signature.

7. Check everything again: spelling, date of birth, board and passing year. Then press Submit.
8. Download and print the Applicant’s Copy. It carries your User ID.

Fee Payment Process (ফি জমার নিয়ম)

Pay within 72 hours of submission by sending two SMS from a Teletalk prepaid number.

SMS 1: ITIIU <space> User ID and send to 16222
Example: ITIIU DEFABC

You will get a reply with your name, the fee amount and an 8-digit PIN.

SMS 2: ITIIU <space> YES <space> PIN and send to 16222
Example: ITIIU YES 12345678

A confirmation message follows, with a User ID and Password. Save them carefully, because you will need them for the admit card and results.

• Know your User ID: ITIIU HELP USER <User ID> to 16222
• Know your PIN: ITIIU HELP PIN <PIN Number> to 16222

Admit Card Download Process (প্রবেশপত্র ডাউনলোড)

1. Wait for the SMS or notice about the exam schedule.
2. Visit itiiu.teletalk.com.bd.
3. Log in with the User ID and Password you received after paying the fee.
4. Download and print your admit card on A4 paper.
5. Check the date, time, venue and seat plan carefully.

You cannot enter the exam hall without an admit card, and downloading it is your own responsibility.

Selection Process (নিয়োগ পরীক্ষা)

Selection generally goes through a written test, a viva (oral) test and, for certain posts, a computer skills test.

Candidates who qualify for the viva should bring original and attested copies of:

• Viva admit card
• All educational certificates
• Computer skills certificate, if the post requires it
• Citizenship, permanent address and home district certificates
• Character certificate
• Quota certificate, if applicable
• A printed copy of the online application form

A Word of Caution

Never pay anyone to get a government job. No official body asks for money over the phone or inbox. If someone does, treat them as a fraudster.
