I am very happy to share ideas that I have experienced in my Madrasa. I have joined in a Madrasa in 2013. There was no tution fee in our Madrasa. But I hit upon a plan, with the help of the super I fixed tution fee for all classes. All the students welcomed my plan gladly. They are now contributing to develop the fund. Now we can use the money collected from the tution fee to communicate with the gardians of the students,to serve tea and snacks to visitors, to buy data- package, to ensure multimedia classes. We can pay current bill easily. All these are very much helpful to develop our professionalism. Day by day we are going to be good teacher with it, and in this field our tution fee is helping us.
