After joining the teaching profession 30/04/1998, I received administrative training. Then the students of the organization raise the meeting for meeting the gathering, and cater to the people of the area. Then the number of students increased in two years. Then focus on the development of the results. After starting work in its own plan, it is able to achieve 100% results of public examinations from the next year. And in 2001, I got the best institution head and the organization of the best institution and award in the upazila. From that time onwards, I have been elected three times and three times as best as my organization for the year 2019. ? In addition to that, I uploaded content as a "district ambassador" and member of the board of directors by the A2i and ICT4E of Education Ministry of Bangladesh Government in 2016. As the content is good, we have been elected as the best content creator in the year 2015 and have been working responsibly.

Since the inception, the madrasa has been renowned for its reputation and has been spreading the light of education for all the children of the poor people in the area without any fee. Meanwhile, in 1998, when the post of superintendent was vacated, Mr. Md. Abul Kashem Sahib joined the post of superintendent on 30/04/1998, according to official rules. Since joining, he arranged for the increase in the number of students / students of the institution through exchanges / outlets / meetings / rallies / personal contacts with the people of the area as well as concentrated on the numerical and qualitative results of public examinations. As a result, the results of the examination came to the notice of all in 2000 and again in 2001, when 100% of the Madrasah Public Examination results were achieved, the Madrasa was honored by National Upazila Administration as the "best educational institution" and the current superintendent at National Education Week / 2001,2017,2018,2019. Mr. Abul Kashem was selected as the "Head of the Best Organization" and formally he and his mother Rasake are rewarded. The madrasa and Mr. Abul Kashem's unmanageable path began. In the meantime, Madrasa was absorbed in the House of Excellence 4 times and Superintendent Mr. Abul Kashem Sahib three times. At the same time, the madrassa by "Microsoft" has been able to get a place in the world court as the "International Microsoft School".
