এখানে JSC / SSC / HSC বোর্ড পরীক্ষায় আসার মত applications গুলো খুবই সংক্ষিপ্ত আকারে উপস্থাপন করা হয়েছে যা শুধুমাত্র দুর্বল ছাত্র / ছাত্রীদের আয়ত্ত করার জন্য ।

Applications গুলো আয়ত্ত করার পূর্বে নিচে common format টি দেখে নাও ।

Format – 01:

Topics: common room / canteen / computer club / debating club / English debating club / literary club / English language or speaking club / an IELTS club / library / Multimedia facilities / sound system / English newspaper etc.

Date: এখানে আবেদনের তারিখ লিখতে হবে

The Headmaster/The Head mistress/ The Principal [যার কাছে আবেদন করা হচ্ছে],  

Institution’s name: [এখানে স্কুল / কলেজ ইত্যাদির নাম থাকবে]

Address: [এখানে ঠিকানা লিখতে হবে]

Subject: Application for opening / setting up [প্রশ্নে যা লেখা থাকবে] a topic name.

Sir,

With due respect we beg to state that our school is one of the biggest and most famous schools in our city. But it is a matter of great regret that there is no topic name in our school. As a result, ----------------. So, we need a topic name in our school.

May we, therefore, pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to grant our prayer and oblige thereby.

N:B: Multimedia facilities এর ক্ষেত্রে there is এর যায়গায় there are হবে ।

### উপরের ফাঁকা যায়গায় নির্দিষ্ট application এর জন্য নিচে প্রদত্ত sentence গুলো ব্যাবহার করবে ।

Common room: We pass our leisure time only by gossiping. If we had a common room, we could pass our time by reading newspapers, playing indoor games etc.

Canteen: Most of the students take tiffin from the roadside hotels which is both unhealthy and costly. Later, they suffer from various diseases.  

Computer Club: We have no knowledge about computer. You know computer learning is a must for students to cope with the modern world.

Debating club: We cannot arrange any debating competition. You know debating can enrich our knowledge a lot.

English Debating Club: We cannot arrange any debating competition in English. You know debating in English can make us skilled speakers.

Literary Club: We cannot arrange any function based on literature. You know literature can enrich our knowledge a lot.

English Language Club: We cannot enrich our knowledge in English. You know learning English is very important for students to cope with the modern world.

IELTS Club: Students who want to pursue higher studies in foreign countries are being deprived of the opportunity to practice English. If we had an IELTS club in our school, we could practice English well.

Library: We cannot enrich our knowledge by reading different types of books. You know it is very important for students to read books to cope with the modern world.

Multimedia Facilities: We are being deprived of the benefits of digital learning. If we had a projector or a digital board in every classroom, we could learn our lessons with more interest.

Sound System: Students sitting in the back often do not hear the teachers well. If we had sound system in every classroom, we could listen to the lectures more carefully.

English Newspaper: We are being deprived of the opportunity to use an important medium of practicing the English language. If we had an English newspaper in our common room, we could read it and improve our English.
