4.               The name of our country is Bangladesh.

5.               The full name of Bangladesh is the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

6.               The father of this country is Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

7.               The Prime Minister of this country is Sheikh Hasina.

8.               The president of this country is Mohammad Sahabuddin Chuppu.

9.               Bangladesh was declared on 26 March 1971 and begot on sixteen December 1971.

10.         There are 8 divisions in Bangladesh.

11.         They are Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna, Sylhet, Barisal, Rajshahi, Rangpur and Mymonsing.

12.         Dhaka is the capital of Bangladesh.

13.         The total area of Bangladesh is about 148460 square kilometers.

14.         The national anthem of this country is “Amar sonar

Bangla, Ami tomay Valibasi.”

15.         This anthem is written by Rabindranath Takor.

16.         There are birds and animals in Bangladesh.

17.         The national bird of Bangladesh is Magpie Robin.

18.         The national animal of Bangladesh is Royal Bengal Tiger.

19.         There are also trees, flowers, fruits, vegetables and rivers in Bangladesh. 

20.         The national flower of Bangladesh is water lily.

21.         Jackfruit is the national fruit of Bangladesh.

22.         Hilsa is the national fish of Bangladesh.

23.         The Padda is the big river of Bangladesh.
