Right Form of Verbs (রাইট ফর্ম অব ভার্ব)

সংজ্ঞা:

বাক্যে Subject, Tense, Number ও Sentence-এর গঠন অনুযায়ী Verb-এর সঠিক রূপ ব্যবহার করাকে Right Form of Verbs বলে।

উদাহরণ:

He goes to school every day.

They are playing football.

I have finished my work.

Right Form of Verbs-এর গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নিয়ম

১. Present Indefinite Tense

Subject যদি 3rd Person Singular হয় (He, She, It, Rahim), তাহলে Verb-এর সাথে s/es যোগ হয়।

উদাহরণ:

He plays cricket.

She reads a book.

২. Modal Verb-এর পরে Verb-এর মূল রূপ (V₁)

Modal: can, could, may, might, shall, should, will, would, must

উদাহরণ:

I can do it.

You should study regularly.

৩. Preposition-এর পরে Verb + ing

(preposition: in, on, at, after, before, without ইত্যাদি)

উদাহরণ:

He went out without telling me.

She is interested in reading.

৪. To + Verb-এর মূল রূপ

উদাহরণ:

I want to learn English.

They decided to go.

৫. Past Indefinite হলে Verb-এর ২য় রূপ (V₂)

উদাহরণ:

He went home.

I wrote a letter.

৬. Perfect Tense হলে Verb-এর ৩য় রূপ (V₃)

(has / have / had + V₃)

উদাহরণ:

I have completed my work.

She had gone there.

৭. Continuous Tense হলে Verb + ing

(am/is/are/was/were + Ving)

উদাহরণ:

They are playing.

I was reading.

৮. And দ্বারা দুইটি Subject যুক্ত হলে সাধারণত Plural Verb হয়

Karim and Rahim are friends.
