★PI হচ্ছে Performance Indicator (কর্মদক্ষতা নির্দেশক) মানে যোগ্যতা অর্জনের নির্দেশক সমূহ৷

★PI (Performance Indicator মানে কর্মদক্ষতা নির্দেশক)এর মাধ্যমে শিক্ষার্থীর Competency বা পারদর্শিতা কতটুকু অর্জন হল তা নির্ধারন করা হয়।PI পরিবর্তনশীল৷ এগুলো কম বা বেশি হতে পারে৷

★জেনে রাখা ভাল যে, শিক্ষার্থীর Competency বা পারদর্শিতা কতটুকু অর্জন হয়েছে তা Assessment বা মূল্যায়ন করার জন্য PI (Performance Indicator মানে কর্মদক্ষতা নির্দেশক) দিয়ে নির্ধারন করতে হয়৷ এজন্য কোনো একটি Competency মানে পারদর্শিতা যাচাইয়ের জন্য PI (Performance Indicator মানে কর্মদক্ষতা নির্দেশক)

সংখ্যা কমতে বা বাড়তে পারে৷ এটা প্রশ্নে দেওয়া Text বা পাঠ মূল্যায়নকারী শিক্ষকের উপর নির্ভর করবে৷

(একটি প্রশ্নে বা পাঠ্য বইয়ে দেওয়া পাঠের তথ্যের বাস্তবতা এবং মতামতের মধ্যে পার্থক্য করার সক্ষমতা।)

একজন ছাত্রের PI (Performance Indicator মানে কর্মদক্ষতা নির্দেশক) নির্ণয়ের জন্য বা মূল্যায়নের জন্য Text ভাল করে লক্ষ্য করুন

The statue of liberty is in Newyork.It's called the biggest statue in the world.The Statue of Liberty is a colossal neoclassical sculpture on Liberty Island in New York Harbor in New York City, in the United States. টোনালিটি বা Intonation মানে Voice up or down মানে স্বরভঙ্গি বা স্বরের উঠানামা /Stress বা শ্বাসাঘাত ) অনুযায়ী কোনো Text এর Word এর Expression বা মুখের ভাব বা অভিব্যক্তি/সঠিক উচ্চারণ এর স্পষ্টতা অর্জন)

নিচে দেওয়া Text থেকে PI (Performance Indicator মানে কর্মদক্ষতা নির্দেশক) নির্ণয় বা যাচাই/ যেভাবে হতে পারে তা দেখে নিন

Text নিম্নরূপ-

He can't 'digest what he eat because his di'gestion power is very week. For this reason, he has bought some soft food from a super market. Now his 'digestion has in'creased. The 'increase should be continuing for him.মানে সে হজম করতে পারেনা যা সে খায় কারন তার হজমের ক্ষমতা খুব দূর্বল।এই জন্য সে একটি সুপার মারকেট থেকে কিছু নরম খাবার কিনেছে।এখন তার হজম বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে।এটা তার জন্য চলমান হওয়া উচিৎ।

উপরের Text এর মধ্যে

Digest ও Increase শব্দগুলো এক স্থানে Noun ও অন্যস্থানে Verb হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে৷ যেখানে Noun সেখানে Stress বা শ্বাসাঘাত হবে শুরুতে এবং যেখানে Verb সেখানে Stress বা শ্বাসাঘাত হবে মাঝে এবং Stress ব্যবহারের কারণে Intonation(Voice up or down মানে স্বরভঙ্গি বা স্বরের উঠানামা) ব্যবহার করতে হবে৷

উপরে দেওয়া Text থেকে PI (Performance Indicator মানে কর্মদক্ষতা নির্দেশক) নির্ণয় বা যাচাই/ যেভাবে হতে পারে তা হল

১. Identify tonality (Intonation মানে Voice up or down মানে স্বরভঙ্গি বা স্বরের উঠানামা)/Stress বা শ্বাসাঘাত সনাক্ত করা)

২. Analyze the purpose of tonality

মানে হল tonality(Intonation মানে Voice up or down মানে স্বরভঙ্গি বা স্বরের উঠানামা)/Stress বা শ্বাসাঘাত সনাক্ত করা) উদ্দেশ্য ব্যাখ্যা করা।

৩. Express the mood of tonality(টোনালিটির ধরন ব্যাখ্যা করা)

Text নিম্নরূপ-

Rupa goes to school everyday.She studies hard so that she can shine in life and can learn a good skill in future life. On the other hand, Tanima lazy girl and she is minded in her social media. She wants a social worker so that she can join some blog. Runa's father will send her in a madrasah so that she can attain islamic knowledge about the thereafter life.

উপরের Text এ একই Structure বা গঠনের ভিন্ন ভিন্ন Sentence আছে এবং Sentence এর অর্থগত Genre(নিয়ম/ধরন) ভিন্ন ভিন্ন৷

উপরে দেওয়া Text থেকে PI (Performance Indicator মানে কর্মদক্ষতা নির্দেশক) নির্ণয় বা যাচাই/ যেভাবে হতে পারে তা হল

১.Sentence Outline মানে বাক্যের রুপরেখা সম্পর্কে জানা।

২. Sentence Analyze বা বাক্য বিশ্লেষন

and purpose বা উদ্দেশ্য জানা

৩. Compare and contrast of the sentences.মানে বাক্যের তুলনা এবং বিপরীত তুলনা করা।

Ability to critically analyze and evaluate linguistic norms in accordance with power relations in a particular cultural context.

(একটি নির্দিষ্ট সাংস্কৃতিক প্রেক্ষাপটের Power Relation( সম্পর্কের সামাজিক ক্রমান্বয়) সাথে সামঞ্জস্য রেখে ভাষাগত নিয়মগুলি সমালোচনামূলকভাবে বিশ্লেষণ এবং মূল্যায়ন করার ক্ষমতা।)

একজন ছাত্রের PI (Performance Indicator মানে কর্মদক্ষতা নির্দেশক) নির্ণয়ের জন্য বা মূল্যায়নের জন্য Text ভাল করে লক্ষ্য করুন

Text নিম্নরূপ-

Amena love her Father very much.So she went to her father workplace and suddenly said how are dear.Her father shined to see her and replied well.When have you come my dear? Have you felt any problem?" said the father.

উল্লেখিত Text এ বাবা ও মেয়ের মধ্যে Love, Respect ও Affection এর Power relation প্রকাশ পেয়েছে৷

উপরে দেওয়া Text থেকে PI (Performance Indicator মানে কর্মদক্ষতা নির্দেশক) নির্ণয় বা যাচাই/ যেভাবে হতে পারে তা হল

১. Outline Language Features( Language এর বৈশিষ্টসমূহ সম্পর্কে জানার ) সক্ষমতা;

২. Analyze Language Feature(Language এর বৈশিষ্টসমূহ ব্যাখ্যা/বিশ্লেষণ) করার সক্ষমতা

৩. Demonstrate Hierarchy(বাবা- মেয়ের কথোপথনের সামাজিক সম্পর্কের বিশ্লেষণ)

Ability to appreciate aesthetic in English literary text and internalize aesthetic value in one's own articulations.

(ইংরেজি সাহিত্যের পাঠে নান্দনিকতার প্রশংসা করার এবং নিজের বক্তব্যে নান্দনিক মানকে স্পষ্ট করার ক্ষমতা।)

Text নিম্নরূপ-

The aim of life is self-employment. To realize one’s nature perfectly, -that is what each of us is here for. People are afraid of themselves, nowadays. They have forgotten the highest of all duties, the duties that one owns to one’s self. Of course they are charitable. They feed the hungry, and clothe the beggar. But their own souls starve, and are naked. Courage has gone out of our race. Perhaps we never really had it. The terror of society, which is the basis of morals, the terror of God, which is the secret of religion,-these are the two things that govern us.

উপরের Text বা লিখাগুলি ভিন্নভাবেও লেখা যায়৷ Text এর Sentence গুলো বিভিন্নভাবে সাজানো হয়েছে৷ এটা Text/Sentences এর Asthestic(নান্দনিকতা)৷

১. Identify Stylistic Features মানে হল রচনাশৈলীর বৈশিষ্ট্য নির্ণয় করা।

২. Analyze the purposes of stylistic features.মানে হল রচনাশৈলীর বৈশিষ্ট্যর উদ্দেশ্য বিশ্লেষন করা।

3. Express the feelings and opinions মানে হল অনুভূতি এবং মতামত প্রকাশ করা।

4. Produce new text মানে হল নতুন পাঠ তৈরি করা।

5.Use stylistic to express feelings. মানে হল অনূভূতি প্রকাশে রচনাশৈলীর ব্যবহার করা।
