To succeed as a trainer, I need to be passionate about the subject that I am teaching. It is usually my own passion and energy that I try my best to transmit to the teachers, and I believe,that has a more lasting impact on them. Socrates once rightly said, “Education is the kindling of a flame, not the filling of a vessel.” However, it is not the gift of the gab that creates an impact for the teachers. It is only passion and passion cannot be faked.

The present writing is the training experience of an amazing today when I am engaged in imparting training on new curriculumto a group of interested and intelligent teachers of Luthfur-Nehar Memorial Girls' High School which was established by a local young philanthropist.The teachers are keen to learn newer ideas about new curriculum and in actual sense they are the teachers of their own learning.I just facilitated a training session there.Thanks to school authority and for invitation and showing me such a great honour.
