Right form of verbs:

1. sub singular হলে verb ও singular হবে।

2. sub plural হলে verb ও plural হবে।

3. Noun এর সাথে s/es যোগ হলে তা plural হয়।

4. verb এর সাথে s/es যোগ হলে তা  singular হয়।

# ‍Sub যেমন verb তেমন (যেমন বাপ তেমন বেটা).

He goes school.  I eat mangoes.

5. Preposition যুক্ত sub হলে preposition এর আগের অংশ অনুসারে verb হয়।

   যেমন, The color of his eyes is brown.

6. Perfect tense,have,has,had,শুধু be,get,got,Passive voice এ সর্বদা verb এর past participle form হয়।

The thief was caught.

7. Continuous ও perfect continuous tense এ মূল verb এর সাথে সর্বদা ing যোগ হয়।

*8. To এর পর সাধারনত verb এর present form বসে।

*9. preposition এর পর verb এর সাথে ing যোগ হয়।

He went on hunting.

*10. Present indefinite tense এর ক্ষেত্রে subject যদি 3^rd person singular হয় তবে মূল verb এর সাথে s/es যোগ হয়।

11. মূল verb এর শেষে s,ss,ch,x,o,oo, থাকলে মুল verb এর শেষে es আর অন্যান্য ক্ষেত্রে শুধু s যোগ হয়।

He goes to school.

12. চিরন্তন সত্য, বৈজ্ঞানিক সত্য, গানিতিক সত্য বা অভ্যাস গত সত্য, কর্ম বোঝালে তা present indefinite tense হয়।

14. Auxiliary verb বিহীন বাক্যেকে negative/interrogative করার সময় Auxiliary verb হিসেবে do/does/did বসে। তবে সব ক্ষেত্রে মূল verb এর present form বসে। Does ব্যবহার হলে আর মূল verb এর সাথে s/es থাকেনা ।

15. No sooner had….than…..,Hardly had…….before.scarcely had….when…

#  Had যুক্ত অংশটি past perfect tense আর অপর অংশটি past indefinite tense হবে।

No sooner had the police seen the thief than he went away.

16. Before অর্থ পূর্বে আর After অর্থ পরে। অর্থাৎ Before এর পূর্বে আর After পরে past perfect tense হয় অপর অংশ past indefinite tense হয়।

He had come had come here befor I went out.

17. As it, As though, since (present indefinite/perfect tense) এর প্রথম অংশ present indefinite tense হলে পরের অংশ past indefinite tense হয়।

She acts as if she knew the matter.

18. As if, As though, since এর প্রথম অংশ past indefinite tense হলে পরের অংশ past perfect tense হবে।

It was many years since we had met.

19. As if, As though এর পরে be verb থাকলে সব person এর ক্ষেত্রে were বসে।

He talk as if he were a leader.

20. কোনো বাক্যে tomorrow অথবা next+time থাকলে তা future indefinite tense হয়।

I will go to Dhaka tomorrow.

21. কোনো বাক্যে by the time থাকলে তা সাধারনত future perfect tense এর গঠন অনুসরন করে।

He will have done the work by the 10^th april.

22.যদি কোনো simple sentence এ ২টি verb থাকে তবে broeket এর verb এর সাথে ing যোগ হয় বা তার সামনে to বসে বা past participle form বসে।

   যেমন, she saw the man singing. I wanted to visit you. I got the car repaired.

23. Had better/rather,would better/rather,let,must,need,dare ইত্যাদি এর পর verb এর present form হয়, অর্থাৎ এদের পর to+verb হয় না to উঠে যায়।bv  

24. Modal Auxiliary-(can,sluld,shall,should,will,would,may,might need,      dare,must) এর  সর্বদা মূল verb এর present form বসে।

25. বাক্যের প্রথমে would that থাকলে subject এর পরsulud+মূল verb এর present form বসে।

Would that I could meet her.

26. বাক্যে Mind worth,without,past,help,with a view to,look forward to,get used to, be used to বা preposition থাকলে এদের পরের verb এর সাথে ing যোগ হয়।

I cannot help helping you.

27. It is time,It is high time,fancy, wish এদের পদের past indefitity tanse হয়।

It is time we changed our outlook.

28. Every each,one of (noun plural) এদের পর verb singular হয়।

29. If+present indefinite+cmma+future indefinite tanse বা future indefinite+if+present indefinite tanse.

If you come, I will go.

30. If/had+past indefinite+comma+past conditional here.

past conditional= sub+would+v1+obj.

Had I much money, I would buy a flat.

# If শুধু conditional এর কাজ করে আর বাক্যের প্রথমেhad থাকলে তা if ও verb এর কাজ করে।

31. If/had+past perfect+comma+perfect conditional here,

perfect conditional=sub+would have+v3+obj

If I had known the matter, I would have to told you.

32. কোন কাজ পূর্বে শুরু হয়ে এখন পযর্ন্ত চলছে বোঝায় তা present perfect continuous tense হয়,( for ও since এর ব্যবহার জানতে হবে).

33. lest (এমন যেন হয়) যুক্ত sentence এ lest এরপর যে sub থাকে তার পর should(might) বসে।

34. While এর পরেই verb থাকলে আর সাথে ing যোগ হয়। আর while এর পর sub থাকলে তা past continuous tense হয়।

35. দৈর্ঘ্য, পরিমাপ, পরিমান, স্থান, পুস্তকের নাম দেখতে plural হলেও verb singular হয়।

Fitty miles is not a long distance.

36. Indroduetory,there ও It এদের পর যে noun থাকে সেই noun অনুসারে verb singular বা plural হয়।

There is a collage in this town.

There are two collages in this town.

37. The+ adjuctive কোনো sentence এর sub হলে verb সর্বদা plural হয়।

The pious are always happy.

38. Infinitive,gerund,verbal noun, elause বা pharse কোনো বাক্যের sub হলে verb সর্বদা singular হয়।

Walking is a good habit.

39. With,together,with, as well as, along with, in addition to, acrompanied by

দ্বারা কোন noun বা pronoun যুক্ত হলে প্রথম sub অনুসারে verb হয়।

Murad as well as his brothers has done well in the examination
