মোবাইলে ফল দেখার ৩টি উপায় — কোনটা কখন ব্যবহার করবেন

মোবাইলে এইচএসসি রেজাল্ট দেখার উপায় মূলত তিনটি। কোন উপায়ে কী পাবেন, তা এক নজরে দেখে নিন — তারপর আপনার প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী পদ্ধতিটি বেছে নিন।

পদ্ধতি ১: SMS-এ ফল দেখার নিয়ম — ধাপে ধাপে

SMS পদ্ধতি মোবাইলে ফল দেখার সবচেয়ে সহজ উপায়। ইন্টারনেট লাগে না, স্মার্টফোন লাগে না — যেকোনো মোবাইল ফোন থেকে, যেকোনো অপারেটর (গ্রামীণফোন, রবি, বাংলালিংক, টেলিটক, এয়ারটেল) থেকে SMS পাঠানো যায়।

সব বোর্ডের কোড — এক নজরে

বোর্ড কোড ভুল হলে ফল আসবে না। নিচের তালিকা থেকে নিজের বোর্ডের কোডটি নিশ্চিত করে নিন।

মনে রাখবেন, বোর্ড কোড লিখতে হয় ইংরেজি বড় হাতের অক্ষরে। ছোট হাতের অক্ষরে লিখলেও সাধারণত কাজ করে, তবে নিরাপদ থাকতে বড় হাতের অক্ষরেই লিখুন।

ফিরতি SMS-এ কী থাকবে — কীভাবে পড়বেন

SMS পাঠানোর পর ফিরতি SMS-এ আপনার ফল জানানো হবে। ফিরতি SMS-এ সাধারণত এই তথ্যগুলো থাকে — আপনার রোল নম্বর, GPA এবং পাস নাকি ফেল। যেমন, ফিরতি SMS-এ লেখা থাকতে পারে: আপনার GPA ৪.৫০ এবং আপনি পাস করেছেন।

• কিছুক্ষণ অপেক্ষা করুন: ফল প্রকাশের দিন প্রথম ১–২ ঘণ্টায় উত্তর আসতে ১০–৩০ মিনিট পর্যন্ত লাগতে পারে। তাড়াহুড়ো করে বারবার SMS পাঠাবেন না — প্রতিটি SMS-এর জন্য প্রায় ২.৫০ টাকা কাটা হয়, আর বারবার পাঠালে একই ফল একাধিকবার আসতে পারে।

• ব্যালান্স যাচাই করুন: SMS পাঠানোর জন্য মোবাইলে পর্যাপ্ত ব্যালান্স থাকতে হয়। ব্যালান্স কম থাকলে SMS যাবে না। পাঠানোর আগে ব্যালান্স দেখে নিন।

পদ্ধতি ২: মোবাইল ব্রাউজারে ফল দেখার নিয়ম — educationboardresults.gov.bd

স্মার্টফোন থাকলে মোবাইল ব্রাউজার (ক্রোম, ফায়ারফক্স বা ফোনের নিজস্ব ব্রাউজার) দিয়ে অনলাইনে ফল দেখা যায়। এই পদ্ধতিতে GPA ও গ্রেড জানা যায়, আর মার্কশিট ডাউনলোডের সুবিধাও থাকে।

রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর ছাড়া ফল দেখা যাবে কি

এই প্রশ্নের উত্তর পদ্ধতিভেদে আলাদা। SMS পদ্ধতিতে রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর লাগে না — শুধু রোল নম্বর দিয়েই ফল জানা যায়। তাই রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর হাতের কাছে না থাকলে SMS পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করুন।

অনলাইনে (educationboardresults.gov.bd বা eduboardresults.gov.bd) ফল দেখতে রোল নম্বরের পাশাপাশি রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বরও লাগে। রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বরটি আপনার প্রবেশপত্রে (অ্যাডমিট কার্ডে) লেখা আছে। প্রবেশপত্র হারিয়ে গেলে নিজের শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানে যোগাযোগ করুন — প্রতিষ্ঠানের কাছে আপনার রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বরের রেকর্ড থাকে।

বন্ধু, ভাই-বোন বা পরিবারের কারো ফল নিজের মোবাইল থেকে দেখতে চাইলে সেটাও সম্ভব। ফল দেখতে শুধু তার রোল নম্বর (আর অনলাইনে দেখতে হলে রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর) জানলেই হয় — যার ফল দেখবেন, তার অনুমতি নিয়ে তার রোল নম্বর ব্যবহার করুন।

শিক্ষক বা প্রতিষ্ঠান কর্তৃপক্ষ চাইলে পুরো প্রতিষ্ঠানের ফল একসঙ্গে মোবাইল থেকেও দেখতে পারেন। এজন্য ব্যবহার করতে হয় প্রতিষ্ঠানের EIIN (শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান শনাক্তকরণ নম্বর)।

ফলের দিন সাইট না খুললে কী করবেন

ফল প্রকাশের দিন সকাল ১১টার পর প্রথম কয়েক ঘণ্টায় লাখ লাখ মানুষ একসঙ্গে দুটি অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইটে ঢোকে। এতে সাইট ধীর হয়ে যায়, অনেক সময় পেজ খোলে না বা সার্ভার এরর দেখায়। এটা প্রতি বছরই হয় — ঘাবড়ানোর কিছু নেই।

• SMS পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করুন: সাইট না খুললে সবচেয়ে নির্ভরযোগ্য উপায় SMS। HSC বোর্ড কোড রোল ২০২৬ লিখে ১৬১৪০ নম্বরে পাঠান — ইন্টারনেট ছাড়াই ফল পেয়ে যাবেন।

• কিছুক্ষণ অপেক্ষা করুন: দুপুর ২টা–৩টার পর সাইটের চাপ অনেক কমে যায়। তখন চেষ্টা করলে সহজে খুলবে।

• দুটি সাইটই চেষ্টা করুন: educationboardresults.gov.bd না খুললে eduboardresults.gov.bd চেষ্টা করুন, আর উল্টোটাও করুন। দুটি সাইটের সার্ভার আলাদা, একটিতে চাপ বেশি থাকলে অন্যটি খুলতে পারে।

• নিজের বোর্ডের ওয়েবসাইট চেষ্টা করুন: ঢাকা বোর্ডের result.dhakaeducationboard.gov.bd-সহ প্রতিটি বোর্ডের নিজস্ব ওয়েবসাইটেও ফল প্রকাশ করা হয়। নিজের বোর্ডের সাইটে চেষ্টা করে দেখুন।

• ব্রাউজার বদলে দেখুন: ক্রোমে না খুললে ফোনের নিজস্ব ব্রাউজার বা ফায়ারফক্সে চেষ্টা করুন। ব্রাউজারের ক্যাশ মুছে আবার চেষ্টা করলেও অনেক সময় কাজ হয়।

• ডেটা সংযোগ যাচাই করুন: মোবাইল ডেটা দুর্বল থাকলে সাইট খুলতে দেরি হয়। ওয়াই-ফাই থাকলে সেটি ব্যবহার করুন, অথবা নেটওয়ার্ক ভালো এমন জায়গায় গিয়ে চেষ্টা করুন।

মোবাইলে ফল দেখার সময় সাধারণ ভুল

ফল দেখতে গিয়ে ছোট ছোট ভুলে অনেকেই ফল পান না বা ভুল ফল দেখেন। নিচের ভুলগুলো এড়িয়ে চলুন।

ভুয়া রেজাল্ট অ্যাপ ও প্রতারণা থেকে সাবধান

ফল প্রকাশের সময়টাতে প্রতারকরা সবচেয়ে বেশি সক্রিয় হয়। মোবাইলে ফল দেখার নামে নানা ভুয়া অ্যাপ, ওয়েবসাইট ও SMS ছড়িয়ে পড়ে — এগুলো থেকে সাবধান থাকুন।

কোনো অফিসিয়াল রেজাল্ট অ্যাপ নেই: শিক্ষা বোর্ডের ফল দেখার জন্য কোনো অফিসিয়াল মোবাইল অ্যাপ নেই। প্লে স্টোরে "HSC Result" নামে যেসব অ্যাপ পাওয়া যায়, সেগুলো বেসরকারি — এগুলোতে রোল ও রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর দিলে আপনার তথ্য অন্যের হাতে চলে যেতে পারে। ফল দেখার জন্য শুধু ব্রাউজার দিয়ে দুটি সরকারি ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করুন, আর SMS পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করুন।

টাকা দিয়ে ফল বদলানো যায় না: "টাকা দিলে আগে ফল জানিয়ে দেব", "টাকা দিলে গ্রেড বাড়িয়ে দেব", "টাকা দিলে ফেল থেকে পাস করিয়ে দেব" — এমন কোনো কথা কেউ বললে বুঝবেন সেটা প্রতারণা। ফল বোর্ডের সিস্টেমে সংরক্ষিত থাকে, টাকা দিয়ে কেউ তা বদলাতে পারে না। এমন প্রস্তাব পেলে টাকা দেবেন না, আর প্রয়োজনে নিকটস্থ থানায় বা বোর্ডে জানান।

ভুয়া SMS ও লিংক: ফল প্রকাশের সময় অনেক ভুয়া SMS আসে — "আপনার ফল দেখতে এই লিংকে ক্লিক করুন" ধরনের। অচেনা নম্বর থেকে আসা লিংকে ক্লিক করবেন না। ফল দেখার জন্য শুধু নিজে থেকে সরকারি সাইটে যান, অথবা ১৬১৪০ নম্বরে SMS পাঠান।

আগে ফল পাওয়ার লোভ: কেউ যদি বলে ফল প্রকাশের আগেই ফল দেখিয়ে দেবে, সেটা মিথ্যা। ফল ৩১ অক্টোবর সকাল ১১টার আগে কোথাও পাওয়া যাবে না। আগে ফল দেখার চেষ্টায় নিজের রোল ও রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর অচেনা সাইটে দেবেন না।

ফিচার ফোনে (বাটন ফোনে) ফল দেখার নিয়ম

স্মার্টফোন নেই — এমন পরীক্ষার্থীদের জন্যও ফল দেখা একদম সহজ। বাটন ফোন (ফিচার ফোন) থেকে SMS পদ্ধতিতে ফল জানা যায়, ইন্টারনেটের কোনো প্রয়োজন নেই।

ফোনের মেসেজ অপশনে গিয়ে লিখুন: HSC, স্পেস, বোর্ড কোড, স্পেস, রোল নম্বর, স্পেস, ২০২৬। তারপর মেসেজটি পাঠিয়ে দিন ১৬১৪০ নম্বরে। ফিরতি SMS-এ GPA ও পাস/ফেল জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে। বাটন ফোনে বাংলা কিবোর্ড না থাকলেও সমস্যা নেই — SMS-টি পুরোটাই ইংরেজি অক্ষর ও সংখ্যায় লেখা হয়।

বাটন ফোনে মার্কশিট দেখা যায় না। বিষয়ভিত্তিক নম্বর জানতে চাইলে পরিবারের কারো স্মার্টফোন দিয়ে, অথবা নিজের শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে মার্কশিট সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।

আলিম পরীক্ষার্থীদের মোবাইলে ফল দেখার নিয়ম

মাদ্রাসা বোর্ডের আলিম পরীক্ষার্থীদের ফলও একই নিয়মে মোবাইলে দেখা যায়, শুধু বোর্ড কোড আর পরীক্ষার ধরন নির্বাচনে পার্থক্য আছে।

SMS পদ্ধতি: HSC MAD রোল ২০২৬ লিখে ১৬১৪০ নম্বরে পাঠান। এখানে MAD মানে মাদ্রাসা বোর্ড।

অনলাইন পদ্ধতি: educationboardresults.gov.bd বা eduboardresults.gov.bd-তে গিয়ে Examination-এর ঘরে HSC/Alim/Equivalent নির্বাচন করুন, Board-এর ঘরে Madrasah নির্বাচন করুন, তারপর রোল ও রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর দিয়ে ফল দেখুন।

এ বছর আলিম পরীক্ষায় ৯২,৯০৫ জন পরীক্ষার্থী অংশ নিয়েছিল, ৪৬১টি কেন্দ্রে পরীক্ষা হয়। ২০২৫ সালে মাদ্রাসা বোর্ডের পাসের হার ছিল ৭৫.৬১ শতাংশ — সব বোর্ডের মধ্যে সর্বোচ্চ।

কারিগরি ও বিএম পরীক্ষার্থীদের মোবাইলে ফল দেখার নিয়ম

কারিগরি শিক্ষা বোর্ডের (বিএম, ভোকেশনাল) পরীক্ষার্থীদের ফল দেখার নিয়মও একই, শুধু বোর্ড কোডটি আলাদা — TEC।

SMS পদ্ধতি: HSC TEC রোল ২০২৬ লিখে ১৬১৪০ নম্বরে পাঠান।

অনলাইন পদ্ধতি: ওয়েবসাইটে Examination-এর ঘরে HSC/Alim/Equivalent নির্বাচন করে Board-এর ঘরে Technical নির্বাচন করুন, তারপর রোল ও রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর দিন।

এ বছর কারিগরি বোর্ডে ১,০৭,৯৬৪ জন পরীক্ষার্থী ছিল, ৬১০টি কেন্দ্রে পরীক্ষা হয়। ২০২৫ সালে কারিগরি বোর্ডের পাসের হার ছিল ৬২.৬৭ শতাংশ, আর GPA-৫ পেয়েছিল ১,৬১০ জন।

ঢাকা বোর্ডের মোবাইল পোর্টাল

ঢাকা বোর্ডের পরীক্ষার্থীরা নিজেদের বোর্ডের ওয়েবসাইট থেকেও ফল দেখতে পারেন। ঢাকা শিক্ষা বোর্ডের ফল পোর্টালের ঠিকানা result.dhakaeducationboard.gov.bd। এই পোর্টালেও রোল ও রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর দিয়ে ফল দেখা যায়। ফল প্রকাশের দিন সমন্বিত দুটি সাইটে চাপ বেশি থাকলে নিজের বোর্ডের পোর্টালে চেষ্টা করে দেখুন — অনেক সময় সেটি দ্রুত খোলে।

অন্য বোর্ডগুলোরও নিজস্ব ওয়েবসাইট আছে — রাজশাহী, কুমিল্লা, যশোর, চট্টগ্রাম, বরিশাল, সিলেট, দিনাজপুর, ময়মনসিংহ, মাদ্রাসা ও কারিগরি বোর্ডের সাইট থেকে সংশ্লিষ্ট বোর্ডের ফল পাওয়া যায়। তবে সব বোর্ডের ফল এক জায়গায় পেতে সমন্বিত দুটি সাইটই সবচেয়ে নির্ভরযোগ্য।

গ্রেডিং পদ্ধতি — GPA কীভাবে বুঝবেন

ফল দেখার পর GPA-এর পাশে গ্রেড দেখে বোঝা যায় প্রতিটি বিষয়ে কেমন ফল হয়েছে। এইচএসসির গ্রেডিং পদ্ধতি নিচে দেওয়া হলো।

GPA হিসাব করা হয় এভাবে — ৬টি আবশ্যিক বিষয়ের গ্রেড পয়েন্টের সঙ্গে চতুর্থ বিষয়ের ২.০০-এর উপরের অতিরিক্ত পয়েন্ট যোগ করে ৬ দিয়ে ভাগ করা হয়। সর্বোচ্চ GPA ৫.০০। কোনো আবশ্যিক বিষয়ে F (ফেল) থাকলে সামগ্রিক ফল F হয়, অর্থাৎ অকৃতকার্য।

মোবাইলে ফল দেখার আগে যা যা হাতের কাছে রাখবেন

ফল প্রকাশের দিন তাড়াহুড়ো এড়াতে আগের দিন রাতেই সবকিছু গুছিয়ে রাখুন।

• রোল নম্বর: প্রবেশপত্র থেকে রোল নম্বরটি একটি কাগজে লিখে রাখুন, অথবা মোবাইলের নোটে সংরক্ষণ করুন।

• রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর: অনলাইনে ফল দেখতে রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর লাগবে — প্রবেশপত্র থেকে এটিও লিখে রাখুন।

• বোর্ডের নাম ও কোড: নিজের বোর্ডের কোড (যেমন DHA, RAJ, COM) মুখস্থ রাখুন বা লিখে রাখুন।

• মোবাইল ব্যালান্স: SMS পাঠাতে পর্যাপ্ত ব্যালান্স আছে কি না যাচাই করুন।

• চার্জ ও ডেটা: ফোনে যথেষ্ট চার্জ রাখুন, মোবাইল ডেটা চালু আছে কি না দেখুন, আর সম্ভব হলে ওয়াই-ফাইয়ের ব্যবস্থা রাখুন।

• SMS ফরম্যাট: HSC বোর্ড কোড রোল ২০২৬ — এই ফরম্যাটটি মোবাইলের ড্রাফটে লিখে রাখতে পারেন, ফল প্রকাশের পর শুধু পাঠাতে হবে।

ফল দেখার পর মোবাইলেই যা করবেন

ফল দেখার পরপরই কয়েকটি কাজ মোবাইলেই সেরে নিন।

• ফল সংরক্ষণ করুন: মার্কশিটের PDF সংরক্ষণ করুন বা স্ক্রিনশট নিয়ে রাখুন। SMS-এ ফল দেখলে ফিরতি SMS-টি ডিলিট করবেন না।

• নম্বর মিলিয়ে নিন: বিষয়ভিত্তিক নম্বরগুলো দেখে নিন — কোনো বিষয়ে প্রত্যাশার চেয়ে অনেক কম নম্বর এলে বোর্ড চ্যালেঞ্জের কথা ভাবতে পারেন।

• পরিবারকে জানান: ফল জানার পর পরিবারকে জানান। ভালো ফল হলে সবাইকে জানাতে দেরি করবেন না, আর ফল খারাপ হলেও লুকিয়ে রাখবেন না — পরিবারের সহায়তা এ সময় সবচেয়ে বেশি দরকার।

• ভর্তির প্রস্তুতি শুরু করুন: ফল ভালো হলে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ভর্তি পরীক্ষার প্রস্তুতি শুরু করুন। ভর্তির বিজ্ঞপ্তিগুলো ফল প্রকাশের কয়েক সপ্তাহের মধ্যে আসতে থাকে।

• বোর্ড চ্যালেঞ্জের সিদ্ধান্ত নিন: কোনো বিষয়ের ফল নিয়ে সন্দেহ থাকলে বোর্ড চ্যালেঞ্জের আবেদন করতে হবে ১–৭ নভেম্বরের মধ্যে — দেরি করলে আর সুযোগ থাকবে না।

আবেদনের ফি প্রতি পত্রে ১৫০ টাকা। দ্বিপত্র বিশিষ্ট বিষয়ে দুই পত্রেই আবেদন করতে হলে ফি ৩০০ টাকা। ফি একবার দিলে ফেরত পাওয়া যায় না, তাই নিশ্চিত হয়ে আবেদন করুন। পুনঃনিরীক্ষণে খাতা নতুন করে দেখা হয় না — শুধু নম্বর যোগে ভুল, টোটালে ভুল বা কোনো উত্তরে নম্বর না দেওয়ার মতো ভুল যাচাই করা হয়।

ফেসবুক পেজ বা ইউটিউব চ্যানেলে ছড়ানো তথ্য যাচাই না করে বিশ্বাস করবেন না। ফল প্রকাশের সঠিক তারিখ ও সময় জানতে শিক্ষা বোর্ডের বিজ্ঞপ্তিই চূড়ান্ত। আর ফল দেখার জন্য শুধু দুটি সরকারি ওয়েবসাইট ও ১৬১৪০ নম্বরের SMS পদ্ধতিই ব্যবহার করুন।

The HSC and equivalent examination 2026 results will be published on Saturday, 31 October 2026, at 11:00 AM. The formal publication ceremony will be held at the International Mother Language Institute in Segunbagicha, Dhaka, and as soon as the ceremony begins, results will be available simultaneously online, by SMS, and from each educational institution.

The date was first announced as 29 October. It was later changed to 31 October by a notice of the Bangladesh Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee (memo no. ঢাবো/পনি/৮৬৮, 27 October 2026). So do not look for the result on 29 October — the correct date is 31 October.

This year, 1,270,583 candidates were registered under 11 education boards: 1,069,714 under the 9 general boards, 92,905 under the Madrasah Board (Alim), and 107,964 under the Technical Board. The written examinations began on 2 July, ended on 8 August, and the practical examinations were completed by 15 August. The postponed Chattogram Board papers ended on 9 September.

Method 1: Checking the Result by SMS — Step by Step

The SMS method is the easiest way to check the result on a mobile phone. No internet is needed and no smartphone is needed — you can send the SMS from any mobile phone, on any operator (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, Airtel).

Step 1: Open the messaging app on your mobile phone and compose a new message.

Step 2: In the message, type HSC, then a space, then the first three letters of your board's name, then a space, then your roll number, then a space, then 2026.

Step 3: Send the message to 16140.

Step 4: Within a short time, a reply SMS will inform you of your result — your GPA and whether you passed or failed.

For a Dhaka Board candidate with roll number 123456, the message is: HSC DHA 123456 2026. Send this message to 16140. Remember to send it after the result is published — after 11:00 AM on 31 October. Sending it earlier will not return any result.

SMS Format — How to Write It Correctly

Most SMS failures happen because of a wrong format. If even one letter or one space is wrong, the reply SMS may not come, or wrong information may arrive. Memorise the format below.

Write the board code in capital English letters. Lowercase letters usually work too, but capital letters are the safest.

What the Reply SMS Contains

After you send the SMS, the reply will contain your result — your roll number, your GPA, and whether you passed or failed. For example, the reply may say that your GPA is 4.50 and that you have passed.

The SMS gives only the GPA and pass/fail information — it does not give subject-wise marks or grades. To see subject-wise marks, use the mobile browser to view the full marksheet, as explained later in this post.

Save the reply SMS. Do not delete it — it can serve as proof later if any question arises about your result or if you apply for a board challenge.

If No Reply Comes

Sometimes the reply SMS is delayed, especially in the first few hours after the result is published — lakhs of students send SMS messages at the same time, and the system comes under heavy load. Do not panic; follow these steps.

• Wait a while: In the first 1–2 hours after publication, a reply may take 10–30 minutes. Do not send the SMS again and again in a hurry — each SMS costs about BDT 2.50, and sending repeatedly may return the same result multiple times.

• Check your balance: You need enough mobile balance to send an SMS. Check your balance before sending.

• Check the format again: Verify the board code, roll number, and year. Make sure the roll number is written in English numerals and the spaces are correct.

• Check the number: In 2026 the SMS number changed to 16140. Sending to the old 16222 will not return any result. Make sure you are sending to 16140.

• Check the network: A weak network delays SMS delivery. Move to a place with better network coverage and try again.

• Try when the rush is over: By the afternoon, SMS traffic falls sharply. Sending then usually gets a faster reply.

Cost and Limits of the SMS Method

Checking the result by SMS costs about BDT 2.50 per SMS. One SMS is normally enough, but if the reply does not come and you send repeatedly, the cost adds up — so send it correctly the first time.

Know the limits of the SMS method too. The SMS gives only the GPA and pass/fail status — not the marks of each subject. If you need subject-wise marks for an admission application, the SMS is not enough; you will need the marksheet. And the roll number must be correct — a wrong roll number may return wrong information or no reply at all.

Method 2: Checking the Result in a Mobile Browser — educationboardresults.gov.bd

If you have a smartphone, you can check the result online using the mobile browser (Chrome, Firefox, or the phone's own browser). This method gives the GPA and grades, and the marksheet can also be downloaded.

Step 1: Open the browser (for example, Google Chrome) on your mobile phone. In the address bar, type educationboardresults.gov.bd. This is the combined official website of the education boards.

Step 2: When the website opens, you will see the result form. In the Examination field, select HSC/Alim/Equivalent.

Step 3: In the Year field, select 2026.

Step 4: In the Board field, select your board — Dhaka, Rajshahi, Cumilla, Jashore, Chattogram, Barishal, Sylhet, Dinajpur, Mymensingh, Madrasah, or Technical.

Step 5: In the Roll field, enter your roll number.

Step 6: In the Registration Number field, enter your registration number. It is printed on your admit card.

Saving the Marksheet as a PDF on Your Mobile

After viewing the marksheet, save it on your phone — you will need the marks for admission applications, board challenges, or other purposes. There are a few easy ways to save it on a mobile phone.

Save as PDF (the best way): While the marksheet page is open, go to the browser menu (the three dots), choose Print or Share, then select Save as PDF. The PDF file will be saved in the phone's Download folder. You can open it any time later, print it, or upload it with an admission application.

Take a screenshot: Take a screenshot of the marksheet and keep it in the phone's gallery. If the marksheet is long, take several screenshots — one for each part. After taking them, check that the numbers are clear — blurred numbers will be useless later.

Send it to yourself: Send the PDF or the screenshots to your own WhatsApp, Messenger, or email. Even if the phone is lost or the file is deleted, a saved copy will remain.

Remember, the online marksheet is temporary — the original marksheet must be collected later from your own educational institution. But the numbers on the online marksheet are enough for admission applications and board challenges.

Can You Check the Result Without a Registration Number?

The answer depends on the method. The SMS method does not need a registration number — only the roll number is enough. So if the registration number is not at hand, use the SMS method.

To check the result online (educationboardresults.gov.bd or eduboardresults.gov.bd), you need both the roll number and the registration number. The registration number is printed on your admit card. If the admit card is lost, contact your educational institution — the institution keeps a record of your registration number.

Checking Someone Else's Result on Your Mobile

If you want to check the result of a friend, sibling, or family member from your own mobile phone, that is also possible. You only need their roll number (and, for the online method, their registration number) — use their roll number with their permission.

Fake Result Apps and Scams — Stay Safe

Around result publication time, fraudsters are at their most active. Fake apps, websites, and SMS messages spread in the name of showing results — stay safe from them.

There is no official result app: The education boards have no official mobile app for checking results. The apps named "HSC Result" found on the Play Store are private — entering your roll and registration numbers in them can hand your information to others. Use only the browser to visit the two government websites, or use the SMS method.

Nobody can change a result for money: "Pay me and I will tell you the result early", "Pay me and I will increase your grade", "Pay me and I will turn your fail into a pass" — anyone who says this is a fraud. Results are stored in the board's system, and nobody can change them for money. If you receive such an offer, do not pay, and report it to the nearest police station or the board if needed.

Fake SMS and links: Around result day, many fake SMS messages arrive — "Click this link to see your result" and similar. Do not click links from unknown numbers. To check your result, go to the government sites yourself, or send an SMS to 16140.

The temptation of an early result: If someone claims they can show you the result before publication, it is false. The result will not be available anywhere before 11:00 AM on 31 October. Do not give your roll and registration numbers to unknown sites in the hope of an early result.

Feature Phones (Button Phones)

Students without a smartphone can also check the result easily. From a button phone (feature phone), the result can be known by SMS — no internet is needed.

Go to the message option on the phone and type: HSC, space, board code, space, roll number, space, 2026. Then send the message to 16140. The reply SMS will inform you of the GPA and pass/fail status. Even if a button phone has no Bengali keyboard, there is no problem — the SMS is written entirely in English letters and numbers.

Alim Candidates — Checking the Result on Mobile

Madrasah Board (Alim) candidates can check their results on mobile by the same rules, with only the board code and the examination-type selection being different.

SMS method: Send HSC MAD roll 2026 to 16140. Here MAD stands for the Madrasah Board.

Grading System — How to Read Your GPA

After seeing the result, the grades beside the GPA show how you performed in each subject. The HSC grading system is given below.

The GPA is calculated like this — the grade points of the 6 compulsory subjects are added to the extra points of the 4th subject above 2.00, and the total is divided by 6. The highest GPA is 5.00. If there is an F (fail) in any compulsory subject, the overall result is F, meaning failed.

Before You Check — A Checklist

To avoid rushing on result day, arrange everything the night before.

• Know about the re-examination: The Education Minister announced on 13 October 2026 that students who fail in at most two subjects will get a chance to sit a re-examination within 15 days of the result.
